Vous rejoindrez notre client en tant que Cost Controller / Planificateur coûts et délais pour des projets en ingénierie dans le milieu pharmaceutique.
Missions :- Maîtrise des Coûts
- Etablir la découpe budgétaire du projet, les courbes prévisionnelles initiales d'engagement.
- Participer à l'élaboration des découpages de prix par lot à demander aux fournisseurs.
- Analyser les cahiers des charges et les offres.
- Suivre les dépenses, au niveau engagement et Prise En Charge (PEC), au jour le jour.
- Anticiper les dérives en questionnant régulièrement les différents intervenants du projet sur les incertitudes et les évolutions connues et/ou probables sur chaque lot.
- Assister le Chef de Projet dans la prise en compte des évolutions du cahier des charges fonctionnel et l'alerter de l'impact des modifications apparues sur le coût du projet.
- Maîtrise des Délais
- Etablir le planning des objectifs du projet en accord avec le cahier des charges fonctionnel du projet.
- Participer à l'élaboration de la structuration du projet en le décomposant en ensembles ou sous-ensembles cohérents suivant un découpage fonctionnel et/ou géographique.
- Etablir la planification détaillée du projet en collaboration avec tous les acteurs du projet afin que chacun connaisse ses actions à court, moyen et long terme.
- Assister le Chef de Projet dans la prise en compte des évolutions du cahier des charges fonctionnel et l'alerter de l'impact des modifications apparues sur le planning du projet.
- Faire un suivi régulier des actions réalisées, les mesurer et proposer les actions correctives.
- Suivre les indicateurs délais dont la ligne isochrone et l'avancement des jalons.
- Suivre les avancements physiques projet conjointement avec le ou les fournisseurs en charge du projet ou bien des lots concernés.
- Coordonner et animer la réalisation des travaux.
- Mener des projets avec des industrielles renommées.

- Aide Mobili-Pass avec action logement en cas de déménagement (+ d'1h30).
Nous recherchons un profil Ingénieur en gestion de projets, avec :
- Une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 Ingénieur génie industriel ou généraliste.
- Une bonne connaissance de l'industrie pharmaceutique (idéalement une expérience de 6 - 7 ans dans le métier en pharma).
- Une bonne connaissance des outils de planifications.
Autonomie, rigueur et sérieux seront des atouts supplémentaires pour ce poste.
