Job Role Overview
As a Market Finance Specialist within the Global Securities Settlement division, you will be part of the Primary team responsible for monitoring Natixis bond issues and collaborating with medium-long-term third parties on dedicated and non-programming programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal documentation, including bank issues and syndicated (or non-syndicated) issues on behalf of external issuers.
- Enrich, validate, and confirm certain operations in information systems.
- Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on French and international markets, including Euroclear Bank, Italian, Spanish, and American domestic markets.
- Evaluate and escalate information and problems encountered with relevant departments (middle, front, legal, accounting, etc.).
- Resolve disagreements regarding transactions with counterparties, involving numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, etc.
- Perform necessary reconciliations for the controls of this activity, including monitoring internal and external suspenses.
Requirements and Qualifications
You will ensure the proper application of company procedures and escalate difficulties encountered in your activity to your hierarchy.
