Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team at SKILLS RH. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- General Accounting
- Schedule and process invoices from suppliers with detailed analytical entries
- Prepare and review payments for invoices
- Control and record employee expense reports
- Enter and reconcile sales invoices from clients on account
- Reconcile bank statements
- Monitor daily cash receipts from stores
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations
- Year-End Accounts
- Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet and income statement: verification and justification of accounts
- Calculate and enter inventory accounts in accordance with accounting and tax legislation and within legal deadlines
- Other Tasks
- Extract accounting data
- Analyze accounts
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a background in accounting (BTS or DUT GEA option FC) and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in computer software (spreadsheets, word processing) and have knowledge of Sage 1000 and Sage Immo software. You should be recognized for your attention to detail, technical expertise, and organizational skills.
