Transform the Automotive Industry with Stellantis

Stellantis is seeking a highly motivated Test Strategist to lead the development of a comprehensive test strategy for the next generation vehicle controller testing. As part of our Software Organization (SWx), you will be part of a global team driving innovation in automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and coordinate cross-functional teams' testing roadmap for multi-ECUs SW platform
  • Build and lead plans, definitions, and executions of test strategies across multiple integration levels and platforms (SIL/HIL/VHIL)
  • Develop and define test methods and test tools
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing (CI/CT) expertise
  • Establish and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 10+ years of experience in SW testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) in automotive applications
  • Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment
  • Strong understanding of embedded software development (C, C++), AUTOSAR software architecture, and auto code generation processes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and test automation tools
