Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design of our Growth domain, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform our product roadmap and drive increased cohesion across the organization.
  • Lead design efforts to create modular, end-to-end onboarding and growth experiences that delight our users.
  • Develop and maintain a strong design practice, influencing product strategy and ensuring successful product execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience synthesizing company-level goals to help teams across multiple products create remarkable design experiences.
  • Ability to participate in design discipline-wide conversations and create deliverables on how to improve process, operations, and tools.
