Security and Loss Prevention Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security and Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our External Fulfilment Network Solutions (EFNS) team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection across the EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk-based security programs and projects to prevent theft and losses in Customer Fulfilment within EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement cost-effective security solutions.
- Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures, and ensure their consistent implementation across the region.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and requirements, and partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Customer Fulfilment losses.
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
As a Program Manager on the EFN team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team in driving operational and tactical risk-based security projects and programs specific to External Fulfilment within EMEA. You will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
About the TeamThe EFN team sits within Security and Loss Prevention, which secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security across business. We develop and implement risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible.
We continually assess our programs and adjust to support the ever-changing operational requirements, deep dive into root causes, and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enable business units to conduct their daily operational tasks.
Basic Qualifications- A degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, military, law enforcement, finance).
- Relevant experience within retail, supply chain, compliance, operations, or auditing.
- Relevant experience delivering projects or programs at national or international scale.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, AI, SQL.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CPP, TAPA, ISO, AEO, C-TPAT, LPC).
- Relevant experience in multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in logistics or transportation.
- Relevant experience with conducting physical security risk assessments.
- Relevant experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Ability to interact with all levels of leadership within the organization to drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies, and procedures.
