As a trusted and dedicated senior legal advisor for the Europe South Hub, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of legal, compliance, and governance matters. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing senior legal advice to the Hub's business leaders on sales, distribution, and retail, marketing, competition, procurement, operations, employment, and corporate matters.
- Contributing to strategic discussions, projects, and activities with business leaders in the Hub.
- Ensuring policies and applicable laws and regulations are monitored and communicated to secure sustainable business.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, documentation, and project documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, such as the Business Conduct Manual and Anti-Bribery policies.
- Providing training and coaching on compliance topics.
- Collaborating with other legal team members of the EMEA region and aligning with relevant business leaders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Law from a University in EMEA.
- Experience and knowledge of company, commercial, litigation, regulatory, financial, data privacy, and labor law.
- Fluency in English and French and/or Italian.
- International exposure and matrix organization experience.
