Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Laboratory Technician - Sample Collection to join our team in Bouscat. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient collection of patient samples, contributing to the delivery of reliable diagnostic results.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care throughout the sample collection process, including gathering clinical information and offering clear explanations about procedures.
- Perform blood draws and other sample collections with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless sample handling and timely delivery to the laboratory.
- Potentially conduct home visits and sample collections at partner care facilities.
Qualifications
- Possess a relevant diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+3) that allows you to work as a medical laboratory technician, with a valid certificate of capacity to perform blood sampling. Preference will be given to candidates with current FGSU II certification.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and respect for a patient-centered environment.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
