About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Transmission Solutions Manager to join our team at RATP. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the development and production of our embedded systems products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze new functional requirements from operators.
  • Participate in project teams to develop project documents, detailed designs, and cost estimates.
  • Write and negotiate development and production contracts for embedded products.
  • Monitor product development, production, and revenue.
  • Prepare project reports.
  • Develop and integrate equipment into transportation systems.
  • Develop and monitor industrial policies and establish investment forecasts.
  • Provide support to users and system maintainers and conduct technological watch in your field.
  • Define the roadmap for embedded products in line with future projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field (bac +5).
  • At least 1 year of experience in embedded systems, preferably in the transportation sector.
  • Technical knowledge of:
    • Embedded computer systems (industrial computing).
    • Operating systems (Linux and Windows).
    • Computer networks.
    • Telecommunications (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  • Skills in:
    • Technical and functional specification writing.
    • System integration, validation, and qualification.
    • Project management, planning, and financial management.
    • Reporting.
    • Industrial management.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
