Job Summary
NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the Radar Front-End validation activities and ensure deliverables are produced within the specified constraints of quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site leadership for validation engineering teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and project milestones.
- Plan and lead the execution throughout the entire project life cycle from initial phase toward product release.
- Track project progress and report to project community, management, and stakeholders or customers on progress and KPIs.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence in a global, multi-site organization.
- Manage risks and change requests.
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive project/program management.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing to present to executive sponsors.
- Knowledge in automotive project development flow and validation.
- Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude.
- Taking initiative to spot and implement improvement.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience on Critical Chain / Agile methodology is a plus.
