As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will provide legal and tax support to companies of all sizes and sectors, working closely with our lawyers to ensure seamless transactions and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of companies, including small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and groups of companies
- Assist lawyers on various tasks, including document preparation and review
- Draft legal documents for corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions
- Handle legal formalities, including company registrations and filings
