About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.
You will be responsible for overseeing all social media content initiatives across various platforms, ensuring customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage with our target audience
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to amplify our brand's reach and reputation
- Manage and maintain social media content assets, including images, videos, and copy
- Collaborate with the data team to identify insights and learnings from social media analytics
- Identify local trends that could be content opportunities for the brand
About You
The essentials:
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Proven work experience in copywriting
- High level of English
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent writing and content skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
- Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
- Good organization and time-management skills

- Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Nice to have: Automotive industry experience
