We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Risk Specialist to join our team at SG. As a key member of our Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating operational risks across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and investigate fraud incidents and patterns specific to SG's activities and businesses
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures at the business unit level
- Support SG entities in addressing their fraud risks and ensure global monitoring at the business unit level
- Contribute to drafting and deploying norms within SG
- Prepare operational procedures to ensure consistency across entities
- Enhance anti-fraud control devices, including fraud detection and 1st level controls
- Act as a Fraud Risk expert for SG Holding, working closely with the dedicated Operational Risk Manager
- Contribute to Central LOD1 committees and reports, including ICCC, NPSC, OS committees, and Culture & Conduct Dashboard
- Autonomy, ability to make decisions, and rigor
- Integrity and exemplarity
- Coordination, animation, convincing, and motivating skills
- Analyzing skills
- Capacity and motivation to work with data
- Advanced usage of Excel is mandatory, VBA is a plus
- Fluent English required (French or Dutch would be a plus)
