Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Oversight: Lead a portfolio of leveraged finance transactions, ensuring credit quality and compliance with risk policies.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of large-cap corporate borrowers, assessing financial performance, market conditions, and sector trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Regularly review portfolio exposures, track performance metrics, and manage covenant compliance or restructuring scenarios.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic insights and support on transactions and capital structure optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with origination, risk, and syndication teams to execute transactions and manage client relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing updates on portfolio performance, risk assessment, and market trends.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Past experience in leveraged finance, credit analysis, and/or portfolio management with a focus on large-cap corporates.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial statements, cash flow models, and credit structures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are an asset.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
