  • Identify and fulfill customer requirements to ensure satisfaction
  • Support teams in analyzing and resolving quality-related challenges
  • Develop quality plans and actively contribute to project execution
  • Oversee review processes and guarantee adherence to standards
  • Manage both organizational and technical interfaces
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, suppliers, and sales teams
  • Advocate for the implementation of Quality Management System protocols

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with over 5 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency in optronics, mechanics, electronics, and software
  • Understanding of project/program management, V-cycle development, system engineering, configuration management, and sales
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, EN9100, and AQAP 2110 standards
  • Skills in causal analysis, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and learning from experiences
  • Assertive, pragmatic, and effective communicator with strong analytical and persuasive abilities

Job Specifics:

Occasional travel within France may be required.
