Job Title: Nurse (H/F) at the SMR
Contract: CDI
Location: 45 km West of Paris
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a nurse (H/F) at the SMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating the health status of patients and analyzing care situations
- Designing, defining, and planning individualized care projects
- Providing preventive, curative, or palliative care to promote, maintain, and restore health
- Conducting therapeutic education and accompanying residents
- Participating in workgroups as part of the care project of the GHT
Required Profile
Degree in Nursing
