The Senior Associate in Investment Banking plays a crucial role in facilitating clients' access to capital markets and delivering strategic advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, and various financial transactions in collaboration with the Institutional Banking division. This position also acts as a liaison in trading activities for clients. The primary aim of this role is to serve as a strategic consultant to clients by developing investment strategies and securing capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of the Investment Banking operations at Citi Utilize prior experience in investment banking or related fields to improve M&A execution and capital raising efforts Contribute to the enhancement of Citi's market presence Oversee and guide analysts by offering comprehensive feedback, managing information flow, and providing necessary credit and exposure data

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field; a Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred Proven experience in assessing corporate transactions and structures Skilled in performing financial analyses Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in client development initiatives Ability to collaborate with teams and monitor business development through research and industry trend analysis

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
