About the Role:
FED LEGAL is seeking a highly experienced Business Law/Economic Law Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, analyze, and negotiate various types of contracts for clients and suppliers, including CGV, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Operational Support: Provide advice and support to operational teams on tenders, risk assessment, and expertise in commercial and competition law.
- Legal Monitoring: Contribute to legal monitoring related to the company's activities and propose process improvements.
- Knowledge Sharing: Prepare materials for operational teams and address various legal questions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Law and Economic Law, ideally in both corporate and law firm settings.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, teamwork, and proficiency in English.
