About the Job

Scaleway is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and partners, providing technical expertise and guidance to help them succeed in the cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Scaleway and our clients and partners, providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and services teams to develop and deliver customized presentations, demos, and proof of concepts to our clients and partners.
  • Conduct training and certification programs for our partners to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge to deliver Scaleway solutions.
  • Participate in the sales process, handling and resolving technical questions and challenges encountered by clients during the first phases of their projects.
  • Engage regularly with the partner community to present updates and maintain an active relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud market trends and technologies, and share knowledge with other Solution Architects and the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or Cloud Solutions Architect in a cloud environment or equivalent working experience with customers in a B2B company.
  • Good knowledge of Hyperscaler product offerings.
  • Experience in cloud development, migrations, container orchestration, or applications/servers.
  • Knowledge in one of the following: Infrastructure as Code, Linux system administrators, application development, Datacenter components.
  • Fluent in French and English.
