Believe is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our Platform Engineering team. As the Head of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for driving strategic and tactical QA initiatives, developing and implementing QA governance processes and tools, and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and drive strategic and tactical QA initiatives with the VP Platform Engineering.
- Develop and implement QA governance processes and tools with associated reporting metrics.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the QA department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement criteria and measurements.
- Work closely with Heads of engineering, Heads of product, Architecture teams, and all platform teams to spread the QA strategy and measure its deployment.
- 5 years of managing a quality assurance team in a digital and fast-growing company.
- Experience with several testing and automation stacks and tools.
- Basic knowledge of several languages like PHP, Java, Python, JS, Typescript, Kotlin.
- Fluency in Cloud software and systems.
- Tailor-made training and coaching program.
