We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Officer to join our team at BBM et Associés. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee investments and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to make informed financial decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management in a corporate environment.
- Exemplary analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory issues, accounting, and tax planning in EU and France.
- Familiarity with methods of obtaining capital other than conventional loans.
- Strong knowledge of relevant economic laws and regulations and expertise in implementing internal controls.
- Team player with the ability to work on several projects in parallel and undertake financial decisions.
- Strong oral and written communication and organisation skills.
- Excellent written and speaking English.
- Strong intercultural skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar fields (France).
- Experience in international finance and compliance (mainly in EU and North America).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to build a team in a growing environment.
