Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in a Bakery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store openings and closings, and implementing our company's commercial policies to retain customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Manage store openings and closings
  • Implement commercial policies and retain customers through promotions and offers
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Ensure the implementation of quality and hygiene rules

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong sense of service and commerce, as well as organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
