We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating retail visual merchandising projects across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee regional personalization projects for permanent merchandising, including counter and store openings, upgrades, or refreshes.
- Create and update planograms adapting global and regional strategies, ensuring consistency across partners and spaces within the region.
- Design and coordinate the production of permanent merchandising in-store, from brief to execution, leading production project schedules and delivery phases.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Partnerships, and Global teams to design limited animation/trade POSM, monitoring timelines and budgets.
- Lead and manage communication and approval processes with Global Retail & Design teams on visual merchandising projects.
- Track the competitive environment, sharing best practices and recommendations to increase brand visibility at point of sale.
- Create and update regional Merch guidelines, adapting global recommendations to local contexts and specificities.
- Support regional 2D Graphic requests for both online and offline channels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a fashion, visual merchandising, business, or communication school, with 1-2 years of experience in merchandising roles in the retail or luxury/beauty field.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, printing, and scenography production.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a creative spirit, strong attention to detail, and a rigorous mind.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.
- Fluency in both French and English.
