About the Role:

As a Radioprotection Technician at Orano, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our employees, installations, and the environment. Your primary responsibility will be to apply the fundamental principles of radioprotection to guarantee the measures and respect of consignes in radioprotection, while ensuring the protection of teams, installations, and the environment against radiological risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the adequacy of equipment with measurements, dosimetric estimates, and write operating procedures to prepare interventions.
  • Identify radiological risks on construction sites and installations through analysis and control.
  • Ensure continuous protection of teams, installations, and the environment through rigorous radiological monitoring, adapted to specific operations, in accordance with safety and radioprotection rules.
  • Write intervention and mission reports using synthesis and writing skills.
  • Foster and sensitize operational teams on the importance of safety and radioprotection rules, using relational and pedagogical skills.
