Atos SE, a prominent player in the digital transformation landscape, boasts an impressive annual revenue of approximately €5 billion. As a leader in data-driven and sustainable digital solutions, Atos operates globally, leveraging advanced technologies across various sectors in over 47 countries.

Our Big Data & Security (BDS) division stands out as a market leader in Europe, particularly in the domains of servers and supercomputers, recognized for its groundbreaking advancements in Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and Quantum technologies.

We cater to a diverse clientele, providing High Performance Computers (HPC) that facilitate critical research, from climate change studies to vaccine development and scientific simulations.

The Software R&D team, spread across five countries, including a newly established European Research Laboratory, is at the forefront of innovation. The Software Factory team plays a vital role within this group, tasked with the development and operational management (DevOps) of a comprehensive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) stack for our software development teams focused on HPC and AI products.

Currently, our platform supports over 500 builds weekly, utilizing a hybrid infrastructure that combines public cloud resources with our internal lab, ensuring a fully automated software production environment.

We are in search of a seasoned DevOps engineer to spearhead enhancements to our platform.



Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Software Factory team, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of new capabilities within our organization.

Your influence will extend to the modernization of the DevOps infrastructure for the BDS R&D department, encompassing processes, deployment strategies, and packaging.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering CI/CD tools
  • Enhancing and maintaining existing services along with related Infrastructure as Code assets
  • Promoting and assisting users in integrating services into their CI/CD workflows and guiding them towards improved practices.


Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in technical English
  • Possessing substantial experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies:

Specifically, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of Cloud computing, preferably GCP
  • Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code
  • Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration, such as Kubernetes
  • Solid knowledge of Linux and system-level networking
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

We will be particularly interested in your application if you can:

  • Read and write Python classes
  • Develop Jenkins pipelines or GitHub workflows
  • Administer production services
  • Have experience in Security, including vulnerability scanning and cloud security.
