About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced brokers to join our exclusive community and tap into the unlimited earning potential that comes with the role.

As a Business Club Broker, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding top-tier business owners as members of the Westminster Halo Community.

You will build and nurture relationships with new and existing members to ensure their continued satisfaction and engagement with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and onboarding top-tier business owners as members of the Westminster Halo Community
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing members to ensure their continued satisfaction and engagement with the community
  • Ensuring all members provided meet the club's strict criteria of being successful business owners
  • Achieving the monthly target of 125 certified members and actively pursuing new opportunities to grow the community
  • Representing the Westminster Halo brand and promoting its unique value proposition to potential members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a broker in the business or finance industry, with a track record of success
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-level decision-makers
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to connect with potential members and build mutually beneficial relationships
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A drive for success and an unwavering commitment to earning unlimited commission
