We are seeking a highly skilled Actuary Specialist to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our insurance products to ensure their financial stability and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and improve existing risk management processes and methodologies to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in budget exercises to ensure accurate projections of sinistrality indicators.
- Analyze the overall profitability of our insurance products, including the profitability of each generation of policies.
- Conduct risk analysis by profile to identify potential areas of risk.
- Lead sinistrality analysis by guarantee to ensure accurate risk assessment.
- Master's degree in Actuariat, Statistics, or Economics, preferably from the Institut des Actuaires.
- At least 5 years of experience in actuarial work, with a strong background in insurance products, particularly in risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and models.
- Strong knowledge of data management tools, such as SAS Guide/R and data visualization software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with VBA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
