Internship Overview
The FP&A Intern will collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager to assist in financial forecasting and analysis for Accor's luxury division. The primary goal is to enhance the precision of financial forecasts and reporting, ensuring transparency across the organization while providing essential financial insights to various stakeholders, including management and operational teams.
This role requires a proactive and driven individual who will engage with team members and senior financial leaders.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will support the FP&A Manager in the following areas:
- Facilitating the budgeting and reforecasting processes in alignment with corporate guidelines and timelines.
- Assisting in the financial closing procedures: coordinating with accounting, overseeing hotel invoicing, and managing provisions and guarantees.
- Evaluating the financial performance of the division on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis (actuals versus budget).
- Creating financial presentations for management review.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
- Previous experience in audit or finance is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required.
