About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized apprentice to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Assistant and Management team at Safran Aircraft Engines. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct assistance to the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Management team, anticipating their needs and providing timely support for meetings, presentations, and other initiatives.
- Manage calendars and schedules for the Management team, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Process orders and requests efficiently using various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date information displays and materials, contributing to a clear and organized work environment.
- Prepare professional notes, presentations, and supporting documents, demonstrating strong attention to detail and formatting standards.
- Update and maintain personnel lists, distribution lists, and other essential databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support safety, health, and environmental initiatives by actively participating in relevant programs and procedures.
- Compile weekly highlights and reports, summarizing key activities and achievements for internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the communication team and assist with on-site events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
Qualifications
We are looking for an apprentice with a strong interest in Business Management Support, SME Management, or Executive Assistant roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is essential. Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and discretion are crucial qualities for success in this role.
