We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Railway Operations Manager at TWININ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of trains across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of agents and aiguilleurs to ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize train schedules and routes to minimize delays and maximize capacity.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, maintenance, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in railway operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
