We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at LAND ROVER PARIS 19. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Sales and Service: Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the Sales Manager to drive revenue growth.
- Repair Orders: Prepare repair orders and explain work to customers to ensure transparency and build trust.
- Work Progress: Follow up on work progress and seek customer approval for additional work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Return: Explain completed work to customers upon vehicle return to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Maintenance Needs: Inform customers of future maintenance needs to prevent unexpected breakdowns and maintain their vehicles.
Requirements:
