Ville d'Antony is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our nursery and providing a nurturing environment for young children.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's vision and goals.
• Foster positive relationships with families and guide their interactions with the nursery.
• Lead and support our team of educators, working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager.
• Oversee the onboarding and supervision of interns within the nursery setting.
• Participate in the administrative and financial management of the facility.
• Collaborate with the nursery doctor to ensure the medical well-being of all children.
• Manage and support the technical aspects of the nursery.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a state diploma in nursing or pediatric nursing. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility will be highly valued.

You should demonstrate the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations. Your contributions to teamwork and collaboration with management will be essential. We encourage autonomy in your work while maintaining accountability to your supervisor.
