About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Mas Kourou Direction. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to our residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the admission process of residents, evaluating their mental health needs and contributing to the development of their personalized care plans.
• Provide ongoing psychological support and counseling to residents, addressing their mental health concerns and promoting their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships with other healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology (Master's, DESS, or DEA) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mental health services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
