About the Role
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is a state-of-the-art production site for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. As an HSE Engineer, you will join our Health, Safety, and Environment department to ensure our subcontractors operate properly and comply with internal rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory phase of subcontractors' practices and standards for personal and machine safety
- Analysis of the gap between reality on the ground and our processes
- Analysis of our safety control standards
- Proposals for improvements and user training

Job Qualifications
- Engineering school or HSE master's degree
- Knowledge to ensure understanding of HSE standards
- Proficiency in Excel
- Rigour, analytical mindset, project management skills
