Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

SAUTER Régulation SAS is a leading company in the energy efficiency sector, with a turnover of 25 million euros and over 120 employees. We are a subsidiary of a Swiss group with international dimensions, founded in 1910.
As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our maintenance and repair services. Your mission will be to:
- Manage the technical team, including scheduling and coordination of interventions;
- Ensure the quality and proper execution of services;
- Trigger invoicing based on the progress of projects in collaboration with the Regional Director;
- Provide technical support to sales and technical teams;
- Monitor the realization of functional analysis, electrical diagrams, and programs as needed;
- Support the technical team on site.
You will work under the supervision of the Regional Director and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and repair services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (technical and management);
- Experience in a technical environment, particularly in building and HVAC or electrical engineering;
- Dynamic and rigorous personality;
- Strong management skills and ability to propose solutions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits:
- Salary on 13 months, negotiable based on profile + Performance-based bonus;
- Company vehicle (Toyota Corolla or Kia Niro);
- Frequent regional travel.
