MSA is seeking a dedicated Mail Processing Technician to join our Geide/Courrier service.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail handling processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from sorting incoming mail to digitizing and archiving important documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and scan mail for MSA affiliated organizations.
  • Index documents meticulously for MSA Provence-Azur.
  • Archive mail batches efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot any scanning or indexing issues that may arise.

This position requires flexibility, as you will be working in various workstations and alternating between standing and sitting. A strong commitment to adhering to a daily schedule is essential.

Requirements:
