Job Summary
VISEO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant / Manager Blackline F/H to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Process Automation practice, you will be responsible for leading projects related to the transformation of the Finance function, with a focus on the implementation and deployment of the Blackline solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze client needs for digitalization of the closing process, and develop functional specifications.
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of the Blackline solution, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Lead change management initiatives within the context of Blackline projects.
- Contribute to the development of the Blackline offer within the VISEO group in collaboration with the Blackline editor.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce or University) and have at least 5 years of experience in Finance transformation, acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a Finance department.
- Possess a Blackline certification or have knowledge of one or more Blackline modules.
- Have a strong understanding of financial processes (closing process, etc.) and an interest in Financial Information Systems.
- Have successfully accompanied Finance departments in their transformation.
- Exhibit leadership, anticipation, and facilitation skills.
- Be rigorous, autonomous, and have a taste for service and teamwork.
- Have excellent writing skills, synthesis capacity, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is highly appreciated due to our international projects.
