Job Overview
The Global Trade division is dedicated to fostering and financing the growth and sustainable advancement of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clientele. Within this division, the Treasury Solutions team provides premium cash management services tailored for corporate and institutional clients. This department comprises four specialized teams located in various regions, including Correspondent Banking, Client Services, Liquidity, and Corporate Cash Management.
As a Corporate Cash Management Sales Specialist, your role involves maintaining close relationships with clients by delivering expert advice and tailored support.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting market analysis related to liquidity, refining commercial strategies, enhancing client awareness, centralizing market price fluctuations, and preparing impactful presentations;
- Overseeing commercial initiatives, suggesting continuous improvement strategies, monitoring Green investments, and analyzing portfolios in collaboration with Corporate Cash Management Sales across EMEA, as well as coordinating internationally;
- Establishing and tracking the sales pipeline, planning client follow-ups, and ensuring comprehensive coverage to support Corporate Cash Management Sales;
- Collaborating with liquidity teams to monitor outstanding balances associated with Corporate Cash Management Sales;
- Reviewing and assessing portfolios from other business sectors (Global Markets, Infrastructure, M&A, etc.) and coordinating legal and tax-related projects.
You will operate in an international setting, within a community of experts who prioritize excellence, impact, and collaborative efforts in all endeavors.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a higher education background and substantial experience in corporate and institutional sales functions. Experience in international and cash management is advantageous.
You should be familiar with:
- Comprehensive corporate financial principles and analysis, along with proficiency in financial solutions;
- Risk assessment methodologies.
You are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening capabilities, and be:
- Capable of collaborating across various business lines (legal, finance, implementation, etc.);
- Proactive and innovative in your approach;
- Possessing a keen political acumen.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
