About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Auditor to join our Danone Food Safety Audit Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and reporting Q&FS risks of audited entities, primarily Co-Manufacturers. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a step change in Quality and Food Safety Culture, ensuring the security of our business, supporting our Danone Co-Manufacturing strategy, and protecting our consumers and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of Co-Manufacturers to identify Q&FS risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Co-Manufacturers' Factory directors, Q&FS Managers, industry peers, international organizations, and external auditors to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage confidential and strategic information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Travel extensively, with fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English, with a second language a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
