Job Summary

Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Landsport Instructor to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for animating and organizing events and tournaments of team sports, accompanying clients during walking and jogging sessions, and promoting your activity in the village.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute team sports events and tournaments, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accompanying clients during walking and jogging sessions, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote your activity in the village, increasing visibility and participation.
  • Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in team sports and event management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Fluent English mandatory, with the ability to communicate in other languages a plus.
  • Availability for a 12-month contract, with flexibility to work varied shifts and hours.
