Procurement Planner

Getinge Life Science France is seeking a dedicated PROCUREMENT / SCHEDULER (M/F) to enhance their operations.

In a dynamic environment, your primary role will be to streamline and manage the flow of products and information, ensuring that cost, time, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Assessing and approving proposals for both manufactured and procured items,
• Scheduling production to meet customer demands effectively,
• Engaging with suppliers regarding immediate costs and delivery schedules,
• Facilitating communication and collaboration with various departments and suppliers to guarantee timely inventory replenishment,
• Identifying discrepancies and proactively suggesting improvements,
• Tracking performance metrics and executing actions to stabilize processes.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics,
• Familiarity with production and information flow management, MRP systems,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software,
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills,
• Excellent analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.
