Your Mission
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of our purchasing team and will be responsible for supporting our construction and technical projects. Your main tasks will include:
- Defining the company's needs
- Collecting requirements from various departments
- Determining the volumes of purchases, estimating deadlines, and defining the technical and functional characteristics of the products
- Preparing specifications
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Conducting market studies and identifying potential suppliers
- Organizing tender launches
- Analyzing supplier responses based on defined needs
- Staying up-to-date with product, service, and innovation developments
- Negotiating final agreements with selected suppliers
- Preparing contractual conditions with the support of our legal department
- Maintaining and developing a network of suppliers
- Informing internal clients about supplier relationships
- Monitoring commercial relationships and intervening in case of disputes or non-compliance with specifications
- Providing regular reports to your supervisor
- Project Management
- Leading projects independently
- Sharing knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in the Gros Œuvre sector
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement in the construction or industry sector
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
Working Conditions
The position is based in Saint-Herblain (44) and offers a CDI contract with attractive benefits, including a 13th month, restaurant vouchers, a group savings plan, and social and cultural activities.
