About the Position:
We are currently seeking skilled Glass Processing Machine Operators to join our client's team in the glass manufacturing sector. As a vital member of the production team, you will report directly to the site manager and play a key role in managing production lines, programming machinery, and ensuring operational efficiency to achieve production goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and optimizing processes on the glass transformation lines to ensure seamless production flow
- Leading the production team and adjusting work schedules in response to varying workloads
- Ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled and that quality benchmarks are consistently met
- Monitoring production processes to guarantee compliance and maintain traceability
Profile Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a background in industrial or glass production. Ideal applicants should possess a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of accountability. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you achieve full autonomy in your role. Relevant certifications, such as CACES 1-3, would be advantageous.
