About the Role

As a Commercial Inspector at Groupama-fr, you will be responsible for driving and energizing the commercial activities of a network of Agents Généraux in the Bas-Rhin (67), Haut-Rhin (68), and Territoire de Belfort (90) regions. You will ensure the deployment and maintenance of a high-performing commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial action plans with Agents Généraux
• Support Agents Généraux in developing their business, including identifying training needs, implementing commercial operations, organizing information sessions, and providing technical support
• Pilot and organize the management of their agency, monitor their financial management
• Ensure the quality of IARD subscriptions and implement corrective actions on portfolios

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in business or a related field
• Significant experience in commercial roles, ideally in the bancassurance sector
• Good knowledge of IARD domains and products
• Experience in managing commercial networks and/or teams, with a focus on accompaniment, training, and facilitation
• Excellent negotiation and adaptability skills
