SAFETY-KLEEN FRANCE, acteur majeur dans le domaine du nettoyage industriel et de la gestion des produits usagés, recherche un(e) Analyste Business Data CRM Ventes pour accompagner son développement commercial.
Au sein de l'équipe Marketing, vous contribuerez à la connaissance client et guidera la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise.
- Vos missions :
- Accompagner notre stratégie go to market.
- Effectuer des études de marché (adressable market, veille concurrentielle).
- Élaborer des campagnes marketing ciblées pour développer nos parts de marché.
- Analyser les performances des actions commerciales et marketing.
- Contribuer à l'optimisation de la sectorisation et de la structure commerciale en lien avec le potentiel et la stratégie.
- Piloter le CRM (process, formation, analyses, qualité des données).
- Préparer l'arrivée du nouvel ERP Dynamics.
- Élaborer des tableaux de bord et des analyses sur les actions marketing diverses (performance des campagnes digitales, formations, outils de vente).
- Manager un business analyst junior.
Votre profil :
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'un Master en études statistiques, vous disposez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Analyste Data, idéalement dans le secteur industriel. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais courant.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en mode collaboratif et agile avec des interlocuteurs de métiers différents. Vous possédez un sens du service client développé. Votre esprit mathématique, votre sens de l'analyse et votre goût prononcé pour les chiffres font de vous le candidat idéal pour ce poste.
