We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at the Ibis Paris Bastille Opéra hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as processing payments, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Chinese) is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as experience with hotel management systems (PMS).
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
- Competitive Salary: €825 per month, plus a 13th month bonus, night shift premiums, and performance-based bonuses.
