Job Description

Verkor is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Expert to join our team in Dunkerque, France. As a key member of our Digital Operational Technology (OT) department, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and supervising the deployment of digital manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the deployment of digital manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear and regular communication with all Verkor team stakeholders involved in the projects, including product, process, operation, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Business Needs and Manufacturing Processes: Understand business needs and manufacturing operational processes to propose appropriate technological solutions.
  • System Integration and Commissioning: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to design detailed functional specifications and efficient workflows for digital systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructures and IT systems.
  • Project Support and Commissioning: Support digital manufacturing projects, including commissioning for the Gigafactory site from SAT to SOP.
  • Industry 5.0 Journey: Contribute to building a world-class Verkor Digital Manufacturing Industry 5.0 journey.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in information systems, computer science, or project management.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of digital manufacturing OT, Edge/IoT, laboratory systems, or workflow, preferably in assembly or automotive industry. Experience with MES/MOM and SCADA software, including Aveva Model Driven MES, System Platform, and LIMS/ELN software.
  • Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment, and versatile problem-solving skills.

Travel Requirements: 25% travel required to Asia/Europe and Grenoble.
