Job Title: Production Supervisor at Safran

As a Production Supervisor at Safran, you will take charge of a dedicated team of 15 to 20 technicians and operators. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within your production area. This role encompasses organizing, implementing, and evaluating production processes, addressing challenges, enforcing health and safety protocols, and maintaining operational equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular workshop meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Identify and implement areas for operational enhancement in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a BAC + 2 degree is required, along with a strong passion for leading production teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to suggest operational improvements are essential.

Job Specifics:

This position may involve 2*8 shifts and night work.
