Field Service Engineer Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at Stryker, your primary responsibility will be to uphold and service Stryker products, guaranteeing adherence to quality benchmarks and manufacturer guidelines. You will offer technical assistance and documentation to both internal teams and external clients. Operating in the North-West region, you will be instrumental in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and inspections on Stryker electronic and mechanical devices
  • Execute annual evaluations and calibrations at client sites
  • Install Stryker systems at various locations
  • Provide technical training for both internal personnel and external clients
  • Maintain comprehensive service records
  • Coordinate client appointments with customer service
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales representatives for technical assistance
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate invoicing for services rendered

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Essential mechanical and electronic competencies

Acute care products (stretchers, beds, chairs)

Emergency Medical Services (ambulance stretcher systems)

Advanced Life Support & Basic Life Support (defibrillators, backboards)
