We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team at PROCIVIS OUEST IMMOBILIER. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, and our tenants are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and prioritize maintenance and repair work on our properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Manage relationships with tenants, property owners, and contractors, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Prepare and process rental agreements, lease renewals, and other property-related documents.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that our properties are being maintained in accordance with our standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and systems.
